1. Return Period:
You can request a return or replacement within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Valid Reasons for Return:
Returns or replacements are only accepted if:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The product is completely different from what you ordered (wrong item or color).
3. Conditions for Return:
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- You must provide a clear video or photos of the damaged/wrong product as proof.
4. How to Apply:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and proof.
Note: Change of mind after delivery is not applicable for returns.
